The Nightowls are an American musical group from Austin, Texas formed in 2011.〔 Their sound combines R&B and soul music. The band gained success when their album ''Good As Gold'' was named Top 10 of the 2014 Austin Music Awards Albums of the Year. The Nightowls then released an EP - ''Good As Gold B-Sides'', in 2014.
